Teresa Gardens: This is a HUD 811 program for the disabled, some assistance with daily living is provided. There are 10 apartments in one building located off of Myrtle Avenue in Cumberland County (Crossville). These are all one bedroom apartments. Laundry facilities are on site. Rent is based on income and includes utilities. All applicants must meet eligibility requirements.
